restaurant features French Mediterranean cuisine with an emphasis on lighter

The Café
Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the bright and airy Café also
offers a popular Friday night seafood buffet and Sunday Champagne brunch.

The Mirada Restaurant And Pool Bar
Casual outdoor dining in the desert’s only cliffside restaurant. Open

The Lobby Lounge And The Bar
Serves afternoon tea during the season and nightly cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.
An array of music including Jazz entertainment is provided nightly against the

CONFERENCE FACILITIES
The Ritz-Carlton Ballroom, - a 8,400 square feet, divisible into four
separate rooms. It can accommodate 1,000 in reception or theatre style, 600 at
tables of 10, and 400 in schoolroom style.

The Boardroom, paneled in fine mahogany and furnished boardroom style,

by turning right. At light turn left onto Pacific Coast Highway. Proceed north
to Crown Valley Parkway and turn right. Proceed east on Crown Valley Parkway
to I-5 North (towards Los Angeles) to I-55 North (towards Riverside) to I-91
East to I-60 East to I-10 East. (NOTE: I-55 becomes I-91 East). Do NOT exit at
Highway 111, Palm Springs. Exit right onto Date Palm Drive. Turn left onto
