Each has fine pieces of antique furniture and original oil paintings. The Connaught´s 24 suites are spacious and comfortable. Freshly cut flowers and working fireplaces add to the feeling of an English country home. Even when we are at our busiest, our 140 guests can expect to be looked after by 280 staff members. Every floor has dedicated butler service to cater to your every need. Deluxe Room - Deluxe Queen Room All different shapes and sizes with ample room, plenty of closet space and all outside facing with plenty of natural light. Beautifully furnished, with writing desks, dressing tables, original pictures or prints and freshly decorated in light bright colours. All rooms have two dedicated phone lines, US/UK modem jacks, ISDN, independent air conditioning, all w/bath and stall shower above bath. Many interconnect to other rooms. The rooms are designed around the discerning business traveller but have a feel of a wonderful home rather than a hotel. In addition to using the telephone, the butler, maid and valet can be summoned using a push button system. Working fireplaces. Deluxe Double Room Beautifully appointed spacious rooms of different sizes and shapes. Light bright colours, plenty of closet space and drawers, designed around seasoned international travellers. Suite - One Bedroom Suite The Connaught has 24 suites in total, all of different shapes and styles, and some of the finest to be found internationally. Each one bedroom suite has an entrance hall, bedroom and sitting-room. Some have two doors so that the sitting-room has a separate entrance. Beautifully furnished in bright fabrics and chintzes in traditional style with original cornices, fireplaces, some working fireplaces, antiques and original paintings, Chinese lacquered cabinets for drinks, call buttons in all rooms for butler, maid and valet.
Suite - Two Bedroom Suite The same as one bedroom suites but have two bedrooms and a large sitting room. Some of these may be opened up to make three or even four bedroom suites ? depending on the individual requirements.
